Estimates and Proposals

All estimates provided by Boca Turf Masters are free unless otherwise stated.
Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Prices may be subject to change based on material costs, labor, or project scope adjustments.

Payments

A deposit may be required before the start of any project.
Final payment is due upon project completion, unless otherwise stated in writing.
Accepted payment methods include cash, check, and major credit cards.

Project Timelines

While Boca Turf Masters strives to complete projects on time, factors such as weather, material availability, or unforeseen conditions may affect timelines.
We are not liable for delays outside of our control.

Warranties and Guarantees

Turf products may carry manufacturer warranties, which will be disclosed at the time of installation.

Warranties do not cover misuse, neglect, improper maintenance, or damage caused by natural disasters.

Maintenance and Care

Clients are responsible for the regular care and upkeep of installed turf unless a maintenance plan is purchased.
Damage caused by pets, heavy objects, or misuse is not covered under warranty.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be made in writing at least 72 hours before scheduled work.
Deposits may be non-refundable depending on materials already purchased or services rendered.
