Location: Boca Isles
Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and grade installation sites
- Cut, fit, and secure artificial turf with precision
- Operate tools and equipment safely
- Ensure projects meet company standards
Requirements:
- Experience in turf or landscaping preferred (training available)
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Reliable transportation
Turf Maintenance Technician
Location: Mizner Park
Type: Part-Time
Responsibilities:
- Perform turf cleaning and grooming services
- Identify and repair seams, edges, and infill issues
- Provide on-site customer support
- Report major issues to supervisor
Requirements:
- Landscaping or maintenance experience preferred
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Customer-friendly attitude
Team Lead/Crew Supervisor
Location: Boca Del Mar
Type: Full Time
We’re looking for a reliable and motivated Team Lead / Crew Supervisor to oversee our turf installation and maintenance crews. In this role, you’ll manage day-to-day job site operations, ensure high-quality workmanship, and lead by example to deliver outstanding results for our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate turf installation and maintenance crews on-site.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to company quality standards.
- Train and mentor crew members on best practices, safety procedures, and equipment use.
- Communicate project updates to management and address any on-site issues.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site at all times.
- Assist with hands-on turf installation and maintenance work as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in landscaping, turf installation, or construction leadership required.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read and follow project plans.
- Hands-on work ethic and ability to lead by example.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
